Update 1/1/25 - AB 2552 is a Law!
What should you do if you see a bait box with an anticoagulant poison label? (See exceptions below and poison names.)

AB-2552 was approved by the Governor on 9/25/24. On January 1, 2025, the remaining anticoagulant rodenticides will be added to the existing moratorium.

The Poison Free Wildlife Act AB 2552: First-Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides adds chlorophacinone and warfarin to the existing rodenticide moratorium.
AB 1322
AB 1322 SIGNED INTO LAW BY GOVERNOR NEWSOM! STARTING 1/1/2024, the dreaded first-generation poison, diphacinone will be added to the existing moratorium on second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides.
